簡介
在有機世界大會期間，獨立舉辦了一次或多次工作坊。 工作坊使研究人員、農民、專家和學生能夠面對面交流並進行互動討論。
這些工作坊探討各種主題，並通過案例研究和小組討論，深入擴展四個子主題的內容。
工作坊是：
- 在有機世界大會主會議期間（2024年12月2日至4日）舉辦的一場或多場為時1小時30分鐘的會議。
- 由有機農業相關團體提議與策畫，並與 OWC 主辦方簽訂合約協議。
- 涉及與有機相關的主題，並符合大會的主題或投稿主題。
- 以補充各個 OWC 論壇的方式處理相關主題。
- 面向全球的有機從業者或利益相關者，而非僅限於某一國家或地區。
- 在臺灣舉辦的活動。
- 將會出現在這次OWC 2024大會的官方網頁上。

主要目標
This workshop aims to highlight the role of regenerative agriculture in addressing the unique challenges faced by mountain regions in achieving sustainable food systems. With a focus on agroecology and mountain agriculture, the event explores innovative solutions to issues such as soil, water, and biodiversity degradation. Case studies will be presented to illustrate the benefits of regenerative agroecological approaches. The workshop contributes to the broader discourse on organic farming by emphasizing local knowledge, biodiversity conservation, and community empowerment in building resilient food systems in challenging terrains.
