Consider organising a bio-tour!
Bio-tours are independently organised one to three day events during the Pre-conference period. The participants can explore Taiwan’s organic agriculture and visit different sites and attractions in Taiwan. The Bio-tour organisers can share their practices and technology of organic agriculture to stakeholders from all over the world.
In brief, bio-tours are:
- A 1 to 3-day event (November 29 – December 1, 2024), before the OWC main conference (December 2-4, 2024).
- Proposed and organised exclusively by a stakeholder in Taiwan’s agriculture or government sector, through a contractual agreement with the OWC Organisers.
- Dealing with a topic relevant for the Organic sector and in line with the congress’ objectives or themes.
- Addressing stakeholders from all over the world and not a country or a region only.
- Organised in Taiwan.
- Included and visible on the OWC programme.
Please note that:Â
- The OWC Organisers will assess the proposal and may ask for additional information.
- All proposals will be reviewed by a committee composed of international and Taiwanese experts.
- The bio-tour admission results will be communicated to all organisers prior to the end of August.
- The organiser may delay notification of admission results due to the review process.Â
