Organise a Pre-Conference at the Organic World Congress
Are you searching for opportunities to share your topic?
Consider organising a Pre-Conference!
Pre-conferences are independently organised one or two days events during the two days before the Organic World Congress. Pre-conferences allow researchers, farmers, experts and students to meet face-to-face and interactive discussion. The participants can have case studies and group discussion with different topics of organic agriculture all over the world.
In brief, Pre-conferences are:
- A 1 or 2 days event (30 November – 1 December, 2024), before the OWC main Conference (2-4 December, 2024).
- Proposed and organised by an Organic Stakeholder, by contracting with the OWC Organisers.
- Dealing with a topic relevant for the Organic sector and in line with the congress’ objectives and themes.
- Dealing with a topic in a complementary way to the various OWC Forums.
- Addressing stakeholders from all over the world and not a country or a region only.
- A in-person event organised in Taiwan.
- Included and visible on the OWC programme.
Please note that:
- The OWC Organisers will assess the proposal and may ask for additional information.
- All proposals will be reviewed by a committee composed of international and Taiwanese experts.
- The Pre-Conference admission results will be communicated to all organisers prior to the middle of September.
- The organiser may delay notification of admission results due to the review process.
