A walk-in ticket is available after 10 November 2024, and can be purchased on-site at the venue in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan until the conference date.

A one-day pass is only available for Taiwanese on the same day. The one-day pass for the first day will include the gala dinner.

Participants from developing countries are eligible for special discounts to encourage global participation and inclusivity. Check if your country is classified as a high-income country here.

Terms and Conditions

Currency and Exchange Rate

Please note that we can only accept payments in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$). If you are paying in Euros (€), the amount will be converted to NT$ based on the live exchange rate at the time of the transaction.


Registration Modification
In the unlikely event that the participant cannot attend the conference after the completion of the registration and payment process, but are unable to attend the conference, you may designate a representative to attend on your behalf (who must not also be a registered participant for this conference). Please inform us in advance via e-mail with the necessary information of your chosen designated representative.


  • If you notify us by email 30 days before the start of the event (before October 30, 2024, 17:00 GMT+8), no additional fees will be required.
  • If you notify us by email 14 days before the start of the event (before November 15, 2024, 17:00 GMT+8), an administrative fee of €20 per person will be charged for each modification of registration information.
  • If modifications to personal information are required due to errors in the information provided, an administrative fee of €10 will be charged for each modification, and additional fees may be applied for reissuing the participation certificates depending on the circumstances.


Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the participant cancels registration before the start of the conference, depending on the cancellation timing the refunding policies are as followed:

  • Cancellation made at least 60 days before the conference starts (before September 30, 2024, 17:00 GMT+8), 75% of the registration fees paid will be refunded.
  • Cancellation made at least 30 days before the conference starts (before October 30, 2024, 17:00 GMT+8), 50% of the registration fees will be refunded.
  • Cancellation made within 30 days before the conference starts (after October 31, 2024, 17:00 GMT+8), the registration fees will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Please note that any transaction fees, additional charges, or taxes occurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund.
  • All refunds will be processed within 30 working days after the conclusion of the conference ends (before 17 January 2025, 17:00 GMT+8). Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment, and we will not be accepting or offering any request for the refund to be credited to any other specified credit cards or accounts.



Force Majeure

  • In the unlikely event that incidents beyond the control of the organisers occur during the conference period, such as natural disasters, terrorist attacks, outbreaks of war, strikes or demonstrations, fire, explosions, unforeseen accidents, national regulations, pandemics, or global health crises, the conference may need to change its venue, format, or be postponed. The organisers and hotels will not be responsible for any partial or complete inability to fulfil the contract under these circumstances.
  • If the conference cannot proceed as planned and is moved to an online format, your registration will be converted to an online participation registration. No refund will be provided if you choose not to participate in the online conference.
  • If the conference is postponed, we will transfer your registration to the rescheduled event, ensuring you retain the same rights at the new date (subject to reasonable adjustments). No refund will be provided if you choose not to participate in the rescheduled conference.
